This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter \u2013 the GDPR).     The Company shall provide information on actions taken within <\/span>1 (one) month<\/b> of receiving the request. In case of delay, you will be informed of the reasons and your right to lodge a complaint with the <\/span>State Data Protection Inspectorate<\/b> (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, tel.     3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING<\/h3>\n

    As a <\/span>Data Controller<\/b>, the Company processes your data for:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Customer service during pre-contractual stages:<\/b> Legal basis \u2013 processing is necessary at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Submission of contract proposals:<\/b> Legal basis \u2013 necessary to take action at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Conclusion and administration of accommodation service contracts:<\/b> Legal basis \u2013 performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Includes reservations, handling claims, and providing updates.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Direct marketing for new clients:<\/b> Legal basis \u2013 your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Direct marketing for existing clients:<\/b> Legal basis \u2013 legitimate interest of the Company (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to offer similar services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      As a <\/span>Data Processor<\/b>, the Company processes your data on behalf of other controllers for purposes including direct marketing and the conclusion of travel\/transportation service agreements.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. PROCESSED DATA AND STORAGE PERIODS<\/h3>\n

      Depending on the purpose, the Company processes data such as:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Contractual info:<\/b> Surname, date of birth, payment details (credit\/debit card info).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Legal\/B2B info:<\/b> Personal ID codes, addresses, representation details.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Travel\/Insurance info:<\/b> Identity document details (passport\/ID card), gender, nationality, information about special needs or health (if applicable for insurance).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Storage periods:<\/b><\/p>\n

        • Service contracts:<\/b> 10 years after contract expiration.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Claims management:<\/b> Duration of the contract plus 3 years.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Pre-contractual inquiries:<\/b> 1 year from the date of receipt.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Direct marketing:<\/b> 5 years, or until consent is withdrawn.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Upon expiration of the storage period, documents are destroyed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5. DATA TRANSFER<\/h3>\n

          Your information will not be disclosed to third parties without a legal basis, except for entities involved in fulfilling your requested services (e.g., service providers, common data controllers, or processors with whom the Company has security agreements).<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Law enforcement, courts, and other state institutions when required by law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
